Get a girlfriend to password block all your common porn sites.

I typically recommend the book "Every Man's Battle" link but in your case being female, check out some of Shannon Ethridge's material like "Every Young Woman's Battle" link which is more general, but I think covers porn.

Even Every Man's Battle might be an interesting read for a girl.

You might call a family councilor in your area and see if they have any suggestions.

I was addicted since I was like 10. but as I got older and found out I was Bi-polar and started getting treatment for it my addiction slowly faded. I still watch from time to time but not as often.

You could try to get some counseling, porn addiction is still an addiction so you will have a very hard time quitting alone. If you are really young like a teenager, I wouldn't sweat it much though... could be a phase. I know, I know everything is a phase at that age.
