Despite your desires, I wouldn't suggest you do so. Anything can happen. It could be as simple as "sexting" and if you offend her in the slightest way she could run to her mommy or daddy and say you raped her. All she would need to do is show a few of the texts that measure in her favor.

I would recommend not taking her virginity if simply for the fact that there are a lot of legal ramifications for an adult to have sex with a minor. If you are willing to spend some jail time for the sake of taking her virginity, go ahead and take it for her.
