The (thoroughly sexist) thinking, is that underage females need protection from overage males, but not the other way round. You should know that the law in some places prohibit sexual "contact", so it wouldn't much matter whether you had sex or not.

I don't think you're wrong for wanting to say yes. That's very natural. I mean, really? There are few men who would say if given the opportunity they wouldn't want to, and telling the truth.
Despite your desires, I wouldn't suggest you do so. Anything can happen. It could be as simple as "sexting" and if you offend her in the slightest way she could run to her mommy or daddy and say you raped her. All she would need to do is show a few of the texts that measure in her favor.
Believe me... girls- especially immature (meaning young), would and will do so. Girls are cruel. I would know.
It doesn't even need to be that you offended her. Maybe she gets caught by her parents. Then she might say the same thing to persuade them of her innocence. You never know.

I would recommend not taking her virginity if simply for the fact that there are a lot of legal ramifications for an adult to have sex with a minor. If you are willing to spend some jail time for the sake of taking her virginity, go ahead and take it for her. If not... tell her to wait for you until she is of age :D (it's about self-preservation man)
