I'm 33, and can tell you that the erections come pretty easily. No longer in the form of morning wood though. It's almost primarily sexual by the time. At younger ages, it is often random and common due to a full bladder.

Yes, pretty much. The decline in ease of erections is VERY gradual, and a 21 year old is the same as a teen in that regard.
