Will a condom be affective if I use it in the shower?

Yes it will work in the shower. Just make sure it doesn't slip off of him before he pulls out of you.

The water shouldn't present a problem, except that it will wash off some of the lubrication, but your body should be able to pick up the slack there.

The only think that you want to watch out for, is soap getting on the condom. On top of it being painful going in you, some soap have chemicals that might break down the type of condom you use. Unlikely, but still, better safe than sorry. Just don't put any soap on it (the condom).

You should be fine though.

You want to make sure it has a lubricant in it and make sure the condom is a good brand and waterproof.
