I've been dating this guy for like 2 months now and the farthest we've been doing is just making out. But I want to do more with him like hang job and fingering. I will tell you 100% unless the guy has some sort of weird thing about taking it slowly (and most don't), that your guy will LOVE IT if you go down his pants first. There is no way that this guy would say what the hell if you gave him a hand job. I think if you slowly stroked him down there and did something like bite his ear while making out with him that he would get the idea. If you don't want to just grab a hold of him you could also put your hand between his pants and his boxers (Then he would really get the idea).
