- She's needlessly cruel or manipulative or abusive to people
- I think she's shallow and boring
- She's just using me to create drama or start fights among friends
- I am sick or hungover or something (this isn't a "no," it's a "how about later?")
- I think she might have an STD and lie about it
- The guys she's slept with are really disgusting (see previous reason)

Both because for the most part, women do not actively pursue sex, like one girl told me that "girls are takers", girls take what they can get but they don't actually pursue or go look for it. I am going to be the turncoat and say... yes. Any woman can have just about any man she wants if she is willing to sacrifice her dignity. That is not to say that all men think with the little head rather than the big one... BUT women really are great manipulators, when they want to be. And if they can flip all the right switches, say all the right things and lie when necessary... even good men can be had for the night.
