Sounds like you're pregnant. Get a home test - take it and if it's positive - take a deep breathe and tell your parents. They will help you - no matter HOW angry they may be initially.

You were bold enough to do "it"...so you'll have to be courageous enough to deal with the consequences. (I read some of the comments below...so may be addressing some your other thoughts as well as the first question).

It could be something as simple as hormones fluctuating. Are you taking oral contraceptives? I understand that some women experience soreness in there breasts while taking these. Is it possible that you could be pregnant? I can tell you from experience, that when you are pregnant, your breasts hurt really bad! If you are still unsure, it is always best to play it safe and make an appointment to see your doctor, just to be sure. After all, when anything at all hurts, it is your body telling you that something may not be quite right!
