Sure. It doesn't take much to get some guys going. Don't make him feel bad for it, it's a natural bodily reaction. Sometimes girls can't control when they get turned on either. With guys it's just much more obvious. It doesn't mean he's going to jump you or anything, just that he finds you attractive.
