So. My boyfriend and I are very happy and have a fantastic sex life. But instead of him coming too soon, like most guys, it takes him absolutely forever to come. It's like he gets to the brink and then loses it. He tells me that our sex is the best he has ever had, and he really loves me. So I don't get it! It kind of makes me feel bad, like I'm not doing something right or I'm not attractive enough or something. Am I at fault or is this a more common problem than I realize?
It's really not your fault, there could be something physically wrong that causes him to take a long time, or it can be something that is psychological. I assure you it has nothing to do with how attractive someone is because it's matter of sensation to the penis and or psychological programming. Look at it this way, at least you're not on the other side of the spectrum where the guy last less than a minute.
Sweetie its so much more common than you realize, Both my long term boys I have had the exact same problem. But what I've figured is if your at a stage where you want him to "hurry up and cum" then the sex or what ever your doing is not for the right reasons. Im sure he thinks your beautiful and loves you, just think yourself lucky he's not one of those 5 second guys :)
I can see your point with if you are saying "hurry up and cum" then she might not being having sex for the right reasons; however, my husband lasts way too long sometimes and I will begin to hurt (it happens if we have sex too long or too frequently). When this happens, I do tell him to hurry a bit. Or sometimes I'm really tired, I still want it, but I am too tired and I will tell him to hurry up a bit.
