Containing the mess

Are you a guy or girl? We'll either way, you could always use towels. Sounds cheesy, but you'd be surprised how many people do it like that.

well I think that if your worried about a mess as in what I think your referring to try it in the shower just on case

just make sure no ones home its always easy to clean up if it happens when its in the shower

also if not in the shower it helps to have the TV on loud

I'm not exactly sure how you would make such a mess during sex? Granted people sweat and produce body fluids, but as long as you're using a condom you won't make much of a visible mess (sweat/fluids will dry, you can remake the bed, etc).

Rather, it sounds to me that your girlfriend is using the "mess" excuse to prolong having sex. Is she a virgin? Perhaps she is nervous if it's her first time or she just doesn't feel ready yet to have sex and doesn't know how else to tell you.

When people say sex is messy, they don't mean that it is anything substantial where you will have to worry about it. And regarding foreplay being messy, I can't really think of anything off the top of my head that makes foreplay messy.

The only things that are really messy are a man's ejaculation, a woman's lubrication (or possibly lube that you are using), and in a rare case, a woman's ejaculation. But all these are very small amounts of fluid. I know it seems like you ejaculate a lot but it probably never tops a tablespoon. Plus, a man's semen is of a consistence where it is meant to stay in a woman's vagina. So it isn't something like water where it should run all over the place. Also, a woman's lubrication is meant to stay in her vagina as well. So most of the fluids will be in or on you guys after sex. The bed can get wet but it is minimal.

If you are still really worried about this though, you can lay a towel down on the bed to keep the sheets from getting anything on them. You guys could both clean up afterwards with something as simple as a tissue but if all this stuff really bothers you or her you can keep baby wipes by the bed or put some warm, wet washcloths in a Ziploc bag when you start and when you are done you can try to clean up yourselves that way. If the idea of having the fluids on you is a problem, you can also shave your pubic hair and it will feel a little cleaner.

Sex isn't a roll in the mud or something. You will be sweaty but, again, if that is really an issue for you, you can always choice positions where your bodies aren't completely pressed together so you will sweat a little less.
