Well, the two things you consider about adult modeling:

1) Models in the adult industry pretty much only date each other because only they understand
2) They are the representation of a raw and animalistic sexual ideal, hence the term "porn model" (the name explains it all)

Trying to sell your sex can be degrading if you go any more explicit than glamour modeling. It is difficult to remove your sense of worth from how others treat you (despite them not understanding what you are going through) and having a background such as adult modeling doesn't make things better.

Men (and of course, women as well) are hypocritical because they lack the empathy to try to understand what these girls are going through. It's difficult to put yourself in the shoes of someone walking a path so foreign to your own. Part of the issue is that society tends to be quick to judge others for not living up to some standard that everybody must reach, rather than try to look at the reasons that drives someone to make the choices they do. It takes an extremely non-conservative mind to separate selling one's sex for money and the quality of someone's character. There are a few men and women out there who would be willing to accept the person as more than just as sex object, but those special people are few and far between.

I can't say I would know how I would react to find out a girl I date has done such things as adult modeling or stripping. It would come down to who she is and how I know her. However, I have wondered what the actors and actresses must be like behind the scenes. I am curious and truthfully, I await the day.

Truth of the matter is . . . because as hot as a guy thinks it is, he doesn't want the ONE he is with to be with others (men or women). Yeah, many guys do look at porn, and sometimes do fantasize about having porn-like experiences, but are afraid that the porn experienced woman he gets with may either have too much of a sexual appetite and go off with someone else, or that they will just go off f**king someone else because if they have done it more money, they have sold a part of themselves that is supposed to be, well, unsellable.
You are absolutely right. These people are every bit a person as anybody else. But the fear of the casually having sex with someone else (without regars to who they are with) is a thought most men will not chance to have.
For every choice/action, there is a consequence.
Unfortunately when you make the wrong choice for the right reason (such as a paycheck) the end results will not be favorable.
I could never see myself being with someone who performed sexually in pornos. I couldn't image that I could ever satisfy them physically. Plus, I know I would never be as hot-looking as any of the guys from those pornos.

Yes, it's very hypocritical and it's employing a double standard. You're correct they are real people with feelings and deserve no less respect than any other girl who isn't a porn star or an escort. Some of the sweetest girls I've ever met were escorts.

I've stripped for money- same question back at ya. It's ended two of my relationships. I guess they didn't want to know where the money came from for that new ring. Still, it pays the bills and I've since quit and started work as a pedicab operator- lousy pay, but decent tips and more fulfilling.

Porn is a dirty business to get into, aids, stds, all kinds of fun stuff. Most girl porn stars are strung out on crack or some sort of drug, same goes with strippers, and those are the type of girls who are emotionally unstable and insecure, there you go guys, for the record not the type I go for. I had a friend who dated a stripper and he said it was the worst relationship ever, she was doing coke all the time and all kinds of drugs, he had to end it. Porn stars do drugs to hide all their other issues, plus they get free smack if they come back and do more porn if you can get them hooked on drugs well you can get them to do anything you want, which is why you shouldn't do drugs.

Most guys if you asked them would you do a porn star they would say yes, but if you said would you date a porn star, they would say hell no, those chicks are messed up. Plus why would we want to have sex with some chick who just got railed by 10 guys earlier that day, it would be like putting your d*** in a coffee can. They may have feelings but they chose that profession so it is their fault if they get all screwed up from it, and either become a whore or never find a bf.

Most girls that end up porn start hate what they are doing. I have known a lot of girls that worked the sex industry. Hooking, Nude dancers... escorts. They all hate it. Yet they stay in it and why? Because of the money.

we can't forget that porn movies and porn stars are strictly made to portray our fantasies. We fantasize things all the time but if given the chance to get one of those fantasies fulfilled there are also certain things that come along with them (i.e. catches..). So yea, any guy would want a real hot girl with a beautiful body like the stuff that is available on the internet, but can we deal with the fact that her profession involves getting intimate with other random males? Personally I wouldn't be able to deal with it, I don't really see it as hypocitical because there's a fine line drawn in that seperates fantasy with what's real.

Dude, why would a normal guy want to date a girl who f***s other men at her job?...you can't see the issue guys would have with dating a girl like that? I wouldn't call any of them a whore and try to insult them, and I don't think negative of them, but I wouldn't want a girlfriend that got filled up with ball juice for a living while I am working a 12-hour shift at the hospital.

some guys just don't like the idea of there girl being with other guys , even if they find porn or the models in them sexy . they don't want there girlfriend to be a pornstar in general . some guys might find it sexy at first but get sick of it after a while .

We don't relate what we watch to the real deal. Linking someone to the actual deed makes it real. I’ve watched porn in the past and I’ll watch it in the future, however, I would never date a porn actress. I don’t think it’s hypocritical at all. We watch shows related to murders, violence, and drugs. That doesn’t mean we want to deal with such acts in real life.

A porno actress is a whore by definition. Although I don’t condone calling them such things, they are whores. You can’t argue the facts. Just because it’s controlled and regulated does not change anything.

Most people, including males are rather narrow minded. That would include you. You wanted to be paid for being photographed, but you didn't want to follow the director's instructions. That is being a bit narrow minded. The human body is beautiful, and as natural as it gets. It is only societal conditioning that makes you feel awkward being naked in front of people. Our species was naked for thousands of years before anybody tried clothing, and the way things are going, we may all be there again one of these days.

It is okay in their minds to have their fun and use the women for pleasure but they don't want the mother of their children or anyone they give their heart to to be that type of woman.

Men who use porn aren't in a relationship with the woman. They are looking at her image for the purpose of sexual gratification and it doesn't much matter to them who she is as a person, what her dreams and fears are, whether she was sexually abused in childhood, or whether she has to get high in order to do her job. It completely dehumanizes her. In a relationship, you are involved with the person, and it matters what they do with their bodies. I could NEVER be with a man who wouldn't mind if I was with other men sexually (for money no less), posed naked for other men, etc. It's the difference between being loved by a man and being sexually used by a man. And I can only imagine how hard it is to get your dignity back after doing something like this. If it is hard for a boyfriend to accept, imagine how hard it would be if your future children ever found out...

Guys are very visual, especially when it comes to arousal, so something like porn is stimulating to them. They are also known to be in the, in the moment types, like food=eat , horny=sex/porn gratification now. I'm not saying that this is all guys, but for the basic study it show that this is seen a lot.

When it comes to mixing their porn fantasy with the real thing, it changes. The fantasy is no longer a fantasy, and studies have shown that when something like that becomes real, interest is lost. So I guess they like the idea in the moment, but in the end they really don't want that fantasy world to collide with reality.

Listen I could be wrong, but from the stuff I have looked up this is what I got out of it. I has been something I have been wondering for a long time, and I only ever got small answers. Anyways I really hope you don't have to get lost in that world, I've heard how hard it is to get out.
