When I was in high school I would oggle the girls who were dressed like that yes because it does look hot but I would never have approached them. I would much rather have approached the girls dressed in casual, looser-fitting clothes. They just seemed more comfortable and laid back and like they didn't care what others thought of them, just "this is who I am."

I think if you don't reveal not to much of yourself, don't dress up as a slut (christina aquilera's old video clips xD) and last but not least, don't act like a slut. That they won't see you as a slutty person.
I wear tight clothes myself, because I'm petite and I want people to notice that I at least have a good figure when they look down lol & it's so much comfortable, but people (boys/girls) often told me that I dress myself good, not to slutty and not overwhelming sexy ^^
