Join the club. I haven't had sex since September 2, 2008. I know how you feel. Have you tried role playing? Once you really get into it it can keep your mind off a lot of other things. After a while of now having sex for me (the one year mark) I just stopped thinking about it. Yes I still have the fantasies but sex isn't all my life is about anymore.
When all else fails and you are about to screw a hole into any given wall, go with legal prostitution. Because you live in the UK(GodBlessTheQueen!), access to Amsterdam is the place of choice before the idiots remove the Red Light District. I don't know how it is in UK but I'd save up some cash and go there. Can't be turned down with a money offer. It's safer, easier and by no means does the Dutch involve any illegal child-trafficking crap. Who cares if you are paying for it? If you are having this much trouble finding willing women, then it's justified. It's not like women want sex all the time nor will they just "screw anybody" right?
If you want a distraction, try finding more hobbies. Anything: painting, mountain biking, traveling, watching sports, playing sports, PlayStation3, learn to play piano(this can REALLY draw the chicks), role playing in old renaissance faires(good one), or just spend more time with your buddies. I like international travel because it prevents me from spending my hard earned cash on Canadian sex workers(which I do anyway, though less frequently) in comparison to saving it for a trip to Ireland, Australia, a Carribean cruise or JAPAN! Overseas travel is quite expensive, therefore the incentive to save is strong.
All in all, you must monitor your emotions carefully. Once you start flirting with married women or high school girls, stop everything and go hire a high dollar sex worker before you make a rather fateful mistake. Don't worry so much about diseases, I've learned in college that you can get one from just about anybody, anywhere. Play it safe no matter what.
OK trying to be honest here but do you read or look at any porn magazines like playboy or hustler ? that might be an option or look at girls on fb , as its loaded with unlimited hot pictures of girls , you'd be surprised what is posted there . myself I'm on fb rate now and browsing through some smoking hot french girls , the stuff they have posted is unread and incredibly hot , like bikini pics and pics with reference to oral and all over the place .
