Could you possibly be able to help me answer that once a girl has sex for her first time does that tissue get stretched and stay like that or does it get stretched and go right back to how it was? Is it normal for a girl to get loose after their first time having sex? And once they have been with multiple sex partners does that effect the vagina as well?

The first time a woman has sex, her hymen may stretch or tear, if it has not already been stretched of torn before. This thin piece of tissue that covers the entrance to the vagina (also known as the introitus) does not return to its original form, but in fact, it continues to stretch as the woman has more sexual experiences. This may lead to the woman feeling "looser" in the sense that her hymen is not as tight as it was previously, but the difference is usually not noticeable between one sexual experience and the next.
The vagina gradually stretches as a woman grows older and continues to be sexually active, so that it is not as tight as when she was a virgin. If a woman decides to give birth, the passing of the baby down the birth canal also stretches the vagina even more.
The stretching of a woman's vagina and hymen depend on the number of sexual acts and babies she has, not whether she has multiple sex partners or merely one partner.

It does stretch, but It doesn't stay stretched forever. Think of it as an elastic band, it does go back to it's original state if there isn't any activity going on in there. Even after sex, it starts to go back to normal within 2 hours or so. There's also exercises girls can do to help tighten the muscles. So, no, a girls vag does to back to it's original state.

Yeah but it will only get so loose if you've had kids. A penis isn't going to stretch it out to the point where you need tightening surgury. When a penis goes in, it stretches about what, 3-5 cm or so, depending on the guy. Compare that to it stretching 10-12 cm for a baby. It's easier to recover from the 3-5 cm. - 12 days ago
