-So my best friend who is a girl is 20 years old.

-She is talking to a 17 year old boy and they like each other but she doesn't know about the consent laws.

When I googled them I just got more confused and so did she.

--CAN a 20yr old girl and a 17yr old boy kiss/have sex or is it against the law?

I'm only asking because I'm concerned for everyone's safety.
