Press f***ing charges because if you don't he gonna do it to someone else. That f***er needs to pay the price. But get all the info on precautions on that person so you are prepared first. You gotta think about it like this. You would be helping someone else out and saving another girl if you make him pay, because guarantee he has done it before. But be cautious. Is he dangerous? Then proceed with caution and don't press charges till you get all the precautions to take if he is dangerous, ya know. But something has to be done. Cool?

Press Charges! If you don't, then he will do it again to some other under aged girl. I know part of you feel that you were wrong in this situation too. And to a degree. You were. Too often you girls are so anxious to grow up to fast, and unfortunately, you get a tough life lesson in the process. But the fact still remains. He raped you! That is wrong no matter how you look at it. Some of these guys are predators, and this is how they work. They get the young girl drunk, because they know how scared she will be afterwards to say anything. Wrong is wrong. You have already accepted part of your responsibility in this matter. Now finish it. Call the police.

Everclear is not 100 proof, it is 190 proof. That means it is 95% pure alcohol. The rape: I'm very sorry that happened to you, but about pressing charges. That would be a wonderful thing to do, if you are emotionally stable enough to deal with it. Many females feel somehow to blame for it. If you are capable of understanding that this was a crime on his part, not a reflection of your poor judgment or morales then press charges.

But most important, put this behind you. In all probability no harm what so ever has come to you physically, but you must deal with the emotional side and it may take a while before your feelings settle out. Absolutely press charges. The others are right: if you don't stop him, he will do it again. I'm a law student, and from what you've said here it sounds like you could prosecute for sexual assault of a minor, as well as providing a minor with alcohol. I don't know how much of a drinker you are, but unless this was one of your first times drinking heavily, I'd agree with 112507: it sounds like he slipped you a roofie. If that's the case, and you can prove it, you can also prosecute for distributing/administering a controlled substance to a minor.

In any case, you should get your friend or the other guy to corroborate your story. Too many rape cases are thrown out because it's simply her word against his. Even if they won't do it though, it still sounds like you have a pretty solid case. My advice: report it to the police, retain legal counsel immediately, and put his rapist ass behind bars.

People like this make me sick, but I say you should be checked for drugs, not being able to move or speak doesn't really come unless with mass amounts of vomiting. So it sounds like roofies, which is a date rape drug.

First off, I'm very sorry this happened. You did do the right thing by telling your parents! You do need to press charges. If this guy isn't punished, he will do it again.

Definitely press charges. Everclear is some pretty crazy stuff, I know, but it definitely sounds like there were drugs in your drink if it kept you from moving but you hadn't had enough to get sick. People who do this kind of thing are sick, sick individuals, and they're often repeat offenders.

I'm so sorry you had to go through this, but you did exactly the right thing by telling your parents, and if you press charges against this creep, you can put him away for a good, long time, and before he hurts anyone else. Sexual assault of a minor is not something that will ever go off his record, and he deserves no less for what he did to you and what he may well have done to others.
