I personally prefer a girl with little to no piercings. I like a girl to be more au naturale, little to no makeup, tattoos, silicone, or piercings.
I've known a girl or two that had a lot of either of the aforementioned, and had seen them without them at times (except tattoos and silicone obviously) and they were just soooo much more attractive in my eyes. I can't really say why I feel that way, I just do.
I am an old school kind of guy about this. I feel that women should not have body piercings at all because this mars the natural beauty of a woman. Leave the nipples, snatch and body alone. Even tattoos are a bit too much. Pure, untainted skin and body have more sex appeal than tattoos and piercings. I never had sex with a woman who had piercings, just not a very lucky man I guess(*whimper*). Many older men feel the same way. Keep in mind this is only my input on piercings. I would have sex with a pierced woman though.
