There is always the probability of getting pregnant even when you are using a condom. It could be defective, it could rip or leak during or after the intercourse. Moreover, the lubricating precum also contains sperms so you can still get someone pregnant without ejaculating inside her, if you are not using a condom.
The chances of getting pregnant in either case, or in your case look pretty slim, but why take the chance. Always go with the safest way so that you won't have to ask questions to yourself, or to anybody else about it. And FYI, her having an orgasm or not is irrelevant of getting pregnant.
