Bright, alluring eyes are my preference of the two choices. Mainly because making eye contact with some vibrant eyes is more enjoyable than lips; bright eyes bring more energy to the equation.
Undoubtedly the eyes. Just having a girl stare back and smile at you is the best. Lips are nice, but overrated in my opinion. I don't go around staring at girls' lips, I first notice their eyes.
