Okay so there is this guy that I am kinda seeing but we are not dating and he is little older then me. We hang out and we talk on the phone. When he does come see me, we always end up doing something sexual except sex. The last time we hung out, he knew I wanted to but he said he had nothing with him. Does this mean he wanted to too? OR is he using me?
It sounds like he just wanted to be careful. He didn't have a condom, so, he didn't want to take any chances. He was probably looking out for both of you.
What is the sexual part? Is he doing sexual things, but not hitting the home run? See what happens next time. He really could have had nothing on him for protection. He also might be a virgin. Unless you can confirm he is not.
If he didn't have sex with you because he didn't have protection with him, I don't see why you are worried, if he wanted to or not. He obviously wants to and you guys are getting there but it just didn't happen. And if you wanted to do it the last time, how does that count as him using you? I think you want to do it too, but are still concerned that he might be using you.
Suggest him to do other things such as going out, getting coffee or other daily activities outside the house and see if he is up for it. If he is, that means he is there for more than just sex.
