Well, not every girl is able to, according to my understanding. I personally have never done it during sex, only during masturbation.

IF she is able to, A LOT of it is mental. So make sure you let her know it would be very hot and you would love it. As far as physically. You need to be stimulating her g spot properly and long enough. If you don't know where that is, have her lay on her back, and insert one or 2 of your fingers with your palm up and bend your fingers towards you. You should feel a raised bump that has a different texture from the rest of her vagina.

Certain sexual positions are best for hitting the g spot. Such as standing up from behind, "spooning", many behind positions because it puts more pressure on the g spot. If your penis has a bend in it, try a position where the head will be against the front of her vagina.

Now, for her, it will feel like she has to pee, and the female ejaculate (squirt) WILL come from the urethra (pee hole). Again, just make sure she is comfortable and relaxed and just tell her to let go if she feels that sensation. The fluid is clear instead of yellow and is made up of different things than urine.

Most women can do this. Don't try to make it a must have, but a nice to have to relieve the pressure. Most of it is mental. Many women need to be really comfortable with the guy and be able to relax with him which is why many married couples have a difficult time with this.

I have been told that it will feel like she has to pee. To relieve her mentally have her go to the bathroom prior to your love making. If she has that feeling a little later then she can relax. Have towels underneath her because she could soak the bed and that won't relax her either.

Then don't go straight for her yoni (vagina). Women need to build up their sexuality more than men do, so take your time caressing her. If you can wait until she demands you tough her yoni. Then once you go inside of her stimulate her g-spot. I have a particular technique that I have been using for years, but it is all in fun anyway relax and enjoy it.
