Would you be upset if you FWB talked to you about having sex with someone else?

I made this mistake once in a sex-fling many years ago. I mentioned inviting some other women I knew or someone she knew who would be interested in a threesome or more. I never saw her again, she left me a parting email explaining she thought I was wrong. I would have appreciated a simple "no, not interested in that" response, I guess I don't know much about women and their feelings.

A sex-fling is supposed to be an open relationship. Because sex is the only tie that two people have, it is supposed to allow new ideas and new fantasies to help expand and discover your sexual interests. Unfortunately, this does not always happen which explains why most FWB's do not last long.

Just tell him no thanks. But in return, ask him what else he might be interested in or let him ask you a few ideas you may have. A FWB is supposed to be the simplest relationship to maintain, why make it difficult? Marriages are difficult.

I can completely understand why you would feel hurt. He may be in a not so eloquent way letting you know he is polyamorous which is a valid lifestyle. It isn't super common in the US. He may also be exploring a fantasy to see how you would respond.

My recommendation is that if you definitely know you aren't interested then tell him. If you have ever thought of exploring it ask him to tell you more. You could always ask his true intentions.

Sometimes we have fantasies that we would like to try out and don't know how to approach it. It could also depend on how long you have been in your relationship.

Friends with Benefits isn't exactly a relationship to begin with. I'm sure this man just wants to live out one of his fantasies of being watched while performing with someone else. I wouldn't be surprised if the next thing he wanted was to have a 3some with you and this other woman. If you are turned off by this then say something but please note that your FWB buddy may end up having sex with this other woman instead of you. I have never had a FWB ever. I prefer to create relationships than just flings.

TELL HIM THE TRUTH. Tell him that you don't feel comfortable talking about that. So if he doesn't stop ask him to leave your house. Or leave his house. YOUR CHOICE ON WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.

Well I say be sure to tell him you were offended and that is was highly unattractive and disrespectful of him and that if he wants to keep you then he shouldnt say things like that and if he says you don't understand and that your being ridiculous then leave he's not worth it you deserve a man who wants only you or just play it on the other foot and ask him to watch you with a few other guys and see how he likes it but otherwise just leave cause he can't control himself good luck girl
