I'm not sure I understand your question, but let me put it this way: you should never have sex with a woman unless you are prepared to make sure she has an orgasm. Most women cum by having a guy lick them. If that means you need to lick for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or even more, you should be prepared for that, because it is very selfish for a guy to cum and then not make appropriate efforts to make sure the girl cums.
