Some guys will be cool to have sex with you while on your period, just take it slow and have a towel ready cause it will be messy. I did it a few times with an ex and it really helped her out. As far as pleasing yourself, I will leave that to a girl to answer but it seems you would do the same as normal just be ready for a messy. Finally for the whole making a guy go down on you during that time, I would vote against that. Your area is not smelling or tasting too great due to the blood. I was unfortunate enough to experience this once when a girl neglected to inform me of her time of the month. It was not only a bad experience for me but for her as well. Now every time I see her that's all I think about and you don't want that to be your reputation.

From this guy's perspective: Your period is a normal natural beautiful thing that makes you a woman able to have children for us. Strange as it sounds, your period, in a round about way, allows guys to want to want you! Having said that, I had a girlfriend where we mounted all month long. Her flows were moderate and the free extra lube felt good. I couldn't smell or tell the difference otherwise. The only thing is you can't go too long before it makes a tiny mess, but otherwise it's like its just good and wet! Then I met another girl who had a psychological aversion to her period and was - by default- a bitch! Ok I'm not a girl, but no girl has asked me to go down on her during her period. I have known girls to use their hands and some flat out still desire normal intercourse, which most guys should be fine with. I am at least.
