Would you get breast implants?

Most people who do plastic surgery look fine before the surgery, however, they are not stratified with their look, so they go under the knife even it is dangerous procedures;
Anesthesia , infection, bleeding, and shock etc. Plastic surgeries should only be performed on those who need facial reconstruction after traumatic events

I think some girls get them mainly to boost their self esteem, not just for the sole purpose of getting more guys hit on you at the club. I don't have an issue with my breasts, but I have other flaws that I am insecure about. It doesn't have anything to do with men, but if you fix something that bothers you about yourself, you feel better. And let's face it, larger breasts are more feminine looking and appealing.

I have a friend who's really small and an A cup and she hates her boobs and wants to get implants. Her boyfriend likes small boobs and doesn't want her to. She's not worried about what her boyfriend thinks because she's felt insecure about her boobs her whole life.

My point is, if you have something that's perceived as ugly or embarrassing, wouldn't you want to change it? Implants have this stigma, but why do people get braces if they have crooked teeth? I'm sure they can eat properly with crooked teeth. Why do people take acne medication? Acne isn't a health problem but it affects their self esteem.

But no, I wouldn't get them because I like my boobs. But if I didn't I would.

Personally - I don't like plastic surgery of any kind.
Under any circumstances; it just isn't for me.
I'm not saying I'm completely happy with my body - I'm not, but I don't think the risks (surgery going wrong) are out weighed by the positives (the only one of which I can see to be is a temporarily increased self esteem).
I do see how implants would be great for lots of girls - but for me it doesn't seem worth it at all.

I have breast implants and I love it!! I used to be an A and now I'm a C+. I've been having my bags for 7 years and so far pretty good. My husband loves it too!! They look real and feel natural!

I have a friend who has hers done and MY GOSH.. What a disaster!! One nipple facing north and the other facing south! She regrets it so much! Now she's embarrassed to show off her boobs because they look retarded looking.

And NO... breast implants don't cause cancer, that's a myth!

Ok this is possibly the most one sided question I have ever read in my entire life. First of all you can get cancer without get implants so that is just ridiculous to say. I'm sure there are some girls in this world who get work done because they want to be looked at more and have more attention, but there are girls who get work done because they truly are unhappy with themselves. My mom always told me growing up that until I love myself I won't be able to love anyone else. That's true! I am currently in the process of getting an enhancement done, not to get more attention, but to be happy with myself. I'm sick of not being able to fill shirts out, or look like a boy when wearing a sport bra. Its embarrassing being a grown adult and not looking like one too, no I didn't just go through puberty thank you! I hate my boobs, not all women get work done because of superficial reasons.

I used to want them a couple years ago because they didn't fit my body shape. But thanks to birth control, they have grown about 2 cup sizes :D

I think, if the girl is like under a C, and they are too small for her body type, I wouldn't judge her for getting them. But if a chick with C's or above got them... Not cool. Attention whores.

No, I would not. I don't think it's worth it. I'm not sure how an implant would give you cancer, but I can't see it having any positive health benefits, just negative ones. The main positive benefit is increased healthiness and self esteem. I think this will be temporary, hollow and shallow though, and will in the end cause more unhappiness than it creates of happiness, for many people.

If you look good, guys will hit on you and look at you regardless. You don't need a big chest for this. I look at lots of girls with small chests, they're DFCs. I do not think you should be taking risks (not to mention expense) just to get guys to like you more. There are other things you can do to make guys like you which have benefits to you and to other people, like working, keeping fit, being intelligent, helping people, etc. These are more genuine and fulfilling things.

I guess it could be an asset to a stripper, as well as to adult actresses. Still, I'd feel more confident as a woman if I could get by on other traits, such as ability to dance, interact with people, or act, rather than to simply be large chested.

I can't speak for all guys, but while I appreciate a large chest just as much as a small one (mm Orihime) I don't have the same reaction to fake breasts. I don't hate them, but it will make things kind of awkward and likely lowered my opinion and impressed-ness in response to a person with them.
