It's certainly possible. even if you don't cum inside of her, there can be sperm in pre-cum, and she can get pregnant from that. Also even with a condom, she can get pregnant, condoms are pretty effective, but they don't always work.

It's always a possibility because even though you didn't cum the last time and you wiped everything off.it doesn't mean you got the sperm that still may be in your shaft

yes you have to remember that it only takes one sperm to fertilize the egg. and that a sperm cell is microscopic so the chances of you having one sperm cell on your penis is high. plus even after cum you still secret sperm for 10 minutes even if you don't feel it
