I found this question funny because my husband and I were just talking about this recently. I said something like, "I thought you all (men) wake up horny?" I know that guys being hard is more about them needing to pee than about them being horny, but I don't know why I just always thought that guys usually wake up horny. He said he's not the least bit horny when he wakes up. He said he just REALLY needs to pee and can't even think about sex.
Frankly, I usually wake up kind of groggy, so I'm kind of slow to get going doing much of anything in the morning. Bad breath is sometimes an obstacle too- from either of us. Overall though, I don't mind morning sex too much. I just tend to be more frisky in the wee hours of the night/morning than later on when I should be getting ready for work.
my wife likes it in the morning better because she's relaxed. we don't kiss but that's ok with me lol! in the afternoon we cook dinner clean play with the baby etc so when its time for bed we fall dead asleep. and if your doing it 4 times a week you're not doing it wrong! take care!
