I heard of a cake called "Better than Sex" chocolate cake. Is there anything you might consider (food or otherwise) better than sex. I had some "better than sex" prime rib once. It was heavenly.
There is only one thing better that sex, that is true and pure joy and love. But that isn't 'food or otherwise', and if it were it would most probably be the same thing as above mentioned.
I have had a time where I was being suffocated and when I was able to get my breath back that was better than sex. Other than that there is nothing that compares over the long run to having sex.
