My man has this problem and he really hasn't found a solution for it to be honest. I don't really care though because I "get mine". He is very talented with his hands and mouth, lol. He can quite often get me off with either one or both of those methods without any intercourse at all. So most of the time that is what he does and then I don't care how long he lasts after that. I still enjoy the sex, but I'm not really working towards that goal anymore so it takes the pressure off his "performance". Which I think has actually helped him last a little longer too. He's not as worried about whether he is pleasing me, am I there yet, etc. so he can just focus on himself. He still goes VERY quickly but I think he goes a little longer now than before he started doing that. Sometimes he doesn't always go all the way with getting me off with his hands or mouth. Those times he gets me really close and then we finish with intercourse. That usually works too, though I find he is still worried about lasting long enough for me to finish and as a result he goes faster, lol.

I have heard that if you masturbate beforehand, that helps. My man won't try that though because he has issues and doesn't jack off, lol. But I hear it helps. Just make sure not to do it too soon beforehand because most guys need some time before they can get it up again.

My guy has tried some of the desensitizing gels and stuff they have out there but he says they didn't work. They might for you, but not for him. I posted this same question in Sexuality a while back and someone said this is more of a psychological thing than really a sensitivity thing. I could really see that with my guy anyway. Probably why the gels didn't work either, because he seems to have this very depressed "nothing is ever gonna work" attitude about it all.

i would say experience, because the more that you are used to sex the more stamina you build, or like Gruff said you could masturbate or get drunk but beware of the alcohol you gotta hit the sweet spot to enjoy the sex while drunk

Foreplay. The more you work her up beforehand, the less amount of time she'll last while you're going at it. The less she'll *want* to last.
