Yeah sure some smell better than others and some smell like fish. Some guys like the taste and others don't. Unlucky as I may be, I'm to the point of vomiting when I go downstairs for a visit. It doesn't matter if you are a clean person or not, the type of underwear she wears (not cotton for example) or wearing pantyhose, super tight pants etc can make her perspire a little down there. So, just take a shower with her before you go downstairs. That way you can help clean her right before you go down on her. even if she's generally a clean person, she can sweat, she goes to the washroom, etc. If you go down on her straight out of the shower she'll be so clean you'll even smell a little soap. Now just make sure you like the smell of your soap! Also,maybe if you get her turned on enough in the shower, you can spend less time down there. Good luck!
I don't think waxing/bare has anything to do with it. I don't have that problem? Have you been like this with all your girls or just with her? I would say no don't tell her unless its really bad, I mean like maybe she has some sort of infection which could be causing the smell. If you just in general don't like going down there then I would not say a word. Could you imagine if someone told you you smelled down there? It would really hurt your feelings and women are a lot more sensitive about that. You can buy lotions and things to put on you and her during oral sex that taste really good, try that.
Like Irish Girl said hair does keep the basement for smelling. Maybe instead of shaving bare should could just leave a landing strip. Personally, I don't think you're a good candidate for pleasuring your girl that way. I think no matter what she does her odor down there will be offensive to you. It would seem that if you're into her in every other kind of way, like you really think she attractive and you really like or love her and love her up, that you could learn to love her down there. Maybe it's a matter of the mind. You need to control your mind to think how much you like pleasuring her rather than maybe she doesn't smell or taste right to you. I have read that diet can have an effect on the smell there. I have noticed that the smell changes, sometimes strong sometimes very mild.
