I too have came while in pain, but it was caused by the female that was performing.
Squeezing, bitting, being too rough, teeth scaling.
All those and I still came, so yeah its possible.
Seems like you stopped the pain.
I wish my girl would help me out like that when I'm in pain because I just know it would make me feel better, if not, at least I would be calm about it.
