Roxy did have a very good response and I see that you've already chosen a best answer, however I think I want to tell you about how I think. Sometimes I worry my mind is even dirtier than a man's. Sometimes I surprise my very own boyfriend about how sexual I can be regarding things that aren't sexual at all. I'm almost always thinking about something like sex, making out, and other things of that nature. Seconding Roxy's opinion, though, it's always about a guy that I have very strong feelings for. never somebody whom I just find attractive.
And no, I never get the feeling that if I don't have sex I'm going to explode. Sometimes I really want it, though!
It is totally different - as much as men think about sex - women think about love, getting married and having kids (esp at your age) - that is the tricky part - figuring out the sex love balance. For a woman, there has to be enough (true, honest and sincere) love to warrant sex - for men the sex has to be good enough to warrant love.

I would go for a meal at a nice Italian restaurant in a town center. I would wear something dressy, but comfortable. Like a skirt with a plain top and a shrug to dress it up. The date would end with a hug and a peck on the lips/cheek.

My date would know the basics of me, such as hobbies/ interests and, really, the everyday things about me. Obviously, he would know anything else he wanted. Nothing to deep or personal though.
