I think that is a great question. It depends on where you are.

If your your in a motel or home alone dismiss yourself to the bathroom. Wrap in tissue and discard in barrel. Don't ever flush it, you could cause the toilet to over flow and that would be very embrassing and certainly ruin the good time the two of you where having.

If your in a car or out doors then you simply chuck it.

If there are people in the house and you have to wait then be prepared. Make sure you bring some tissues or paper towel in your room and have a barrel or trash bag in the room as well so you can discard of it.

right after sex take it off and throw it away, make sure you take it off carefully tho so you don't spill. then you can cuddle :)

When your done with it, take it off and either throw it away or flush it down the toilet then if you want to cuddle go lay back down in bed, don't leave it on. If your going to have sex again say your still hard what I do is I take the condom off go wipe of my dick put another one on and then go at it again, but always always use a new one, don't reuse a condom.
