What does it mean when a girl says "he's a man"?

well some girls mean it in the sack, like do you think he can satisfy you.but on the other hand when I discuss that with my friends it means, is he a responsible, independent, trustworthy guy (e.g., is he a player or does he respect women, does he have a job and a place or does he live off his friends/lovers?). I think you get the idea.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I would think it had to do with whether he was experienced or not.

My best guess would be that she's asking if he's a gentleman as opposed to a "boy". Girls look at men as people who are mature and accepting and we look at boys as people who are immature and still have some growing up to do.

I think "Yes" means he lets her finish before he does. "No" means he pops his load before she is even close.
