Honestly, I'd start looking for someone new that could fulfill my sexual needs. If sex is important to you then you're only doing yourself a disservice by settling for a woman that's not going to meet your sexual needs. And that goes for everything in relationships--If you're with someone and they're not holding up their end of the relationship where both of you are getting what you need, then it's time to move on. If she's not into sex, but you are, then she'd be better off with a guy that's not sexual, and vice versa for yourself.
