This is not the first time that we have sex, and I have had his sperm on my body before(stomach, hands etc.) but this is the first time he came in me. This morning I had small spots, very small bumps, can't even notice well on my hands. I am not really allergic to anything so I was thinking if that could be it.
Women are acidic normally in their bodies, Men have to be basic to counter this. the problem that I could foresee is that he is eating something that is not reacting well with you. I would recommend changing his diet and seeing how that works.
To answer you question, yes, a woman can be allergic to sperm, but if you have been fine before, then that is probably not the problem.
Also, one person said that it could be herpes,.. no, it wouldn't show up that fast. It sounds like some sort of rash though, so I would talk to your doctor about it.
I would definitely go see a doctor if it does not clear up but I do not think that it is an allergic Reaction though because if it were you would have noticed something before if you have been in contact with it before.
