I think regardless of how old you are you should be able to buy condoms. If a store doesn't let you buy them and you get an STD or something, you could probably sue for that.
Any age will do, but any pharmacy/drug store may not. CVS pharmacy got into a large legal battle (still going on I think) because a pharmacist would not dispense the so-called "Plan B" or "morning after" pill RU-486. Also known as the "abortion pill". The particular pharmacist at a particular CVS drug store refused to dispense it to an un-married 17 year old girl on the grounds that it was killing a child and it went against his moral principles. CVS backed him up and said each pharmacist has to make his own decision to dispense or not. So, you might come across some bible-thumping anti-sex crusader who will not sell you condoms, but just go across the street to the Kwik-E-Mart and buy them there. Better yet, go to the clinic and get them for free and pass them out to kids going into the 1st drug store you went to.
I believe not getting an STD doesn't have an age limit so you can get at any age as long as you have money! But it'll probably be a little embarrassing at the paying counter.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
Our first date would be at a dave and busters, bowling, putt putt, something where we can do something cheap active competitive and fun and maybe have a drink or two. After that we can grab a bite to eat we can go for a walk or a drive. Then ill drop you off at your place, assuming all goes well we make plans to meet again, and we say goodnight.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
I'm fun, won't go easy on her, we can get a chance to know each other, and that I am a gentleman.
