Because obviously most men are too selfish! Rather than take the necessary time to turn on their girl by kissing, massaging and being loving, and then fingering or doing oral on her until she's really wet, they just go right at it. I don't know if men don't care. I think most men would want their women to be satisfied. The problem (from my experience) is that women take longer to orgasm so without foreplay with some extra oral or hand stimulation the guy will come first. Then he has to realize that you didn't and keep doing something to finish you.

I have actually dated some really good guys that work to get me off first and then take care of themselves, also, I'm pretty easy to get off. But I do have guy friends that have said that they worry about themselves first and foremost.
