I had this discussion with my boyfriend and some people at work the other day. Who do you think gets the shorter end of the stick in life? Women or men? I mean women go through a period, getting pregnant, giving birth etc. Whereas men only have to plant the seed. What are your thoughts on this? Who do you think has it easier in life? Be honest.
Period-bad for women Pregnant-bad for women Giving birth-bad for women Now how males stack up Period-Bad for men pregnant-bad for men Passing Kidney Stones-Imagine giving birth but to a rock instead of a round head By my count it's even

In some aspects in life guys do have it easier. We do have to put up with your PMS & all the other "hormone" issues. We usually pay for all the dinners, movies etc. The one big thing is that is that if you have what girls have you can go out & have sex anytime with almost anyone.
Wow. This is crazy. I was wondering this myself and almost asked this just now. I think guys have it easy. Not only do they not have to deal with pregnancy and all that other great stuff, but they also get away with a lot of things girls can't. They can burp and fart, not that that is something I'd enjoy doing in public, and get away with it. There's also the double standard that guys can brag about how many people they've been with and girl will get a bad reputation. Girls also have to worry about their looks, and most guys just comb their hair and go on their way. So guys, def. got it easy in my opinion.
There are areas where women have advantages, but overall I think women get the shorter stick. Men never have to walk down the street worried that someone who's bigger, stronger and faster than they are might decide to rape them. And know that there's a chance that no matter how prepared they are for something like that, it could happen anyway.
It's hard to say really. Yes, women have it hard, but so do men if you think about it. They put themselves in the role of protector, which can get dangerous at times, I'm sure. They have kidney stones that don't come out all that easily and they just can't figure women out. They think that they're doing the right thing by listening and giving advice, but they may say the wrong thing and get the woman all worked up over a misunderstanding. or maybe not. The point being, I'm not sure that I could say that one gender has it easier than the other. I think it's pretty much equal.
