I'd say it's pretty normal nowadays since girls seem to dress hotter than they did like just a few years ago so they''re bound to find each other more attractive than before. You need to find out just how interested you are by trying to be around other girls every chance you get and watching for the right opportunities to spend the night with one or have a slumber party, or be open to whatever comes up.
