Well I don't know yet if it's true but it sure us a good age for having babies!

It's the bodys way of making sure a woman gets herself pregnant! Nature taking over.

I was taught in college this was a myth. Women are supposed to hit their chemical peak at about 18 too. The explanation I received for the age 35 myth is that its really not a myth. Women at 35, traditionally have had older children, are comfortable in who they are, and where they are at in life, and to top it all off, now they are well practiced at sex. So, lets see, women in their thirties have more time and more fun with sex. It's not hard to understand why women think they peak at 35. Hell, if I hadn't taken that class, I would think its true too!

I have heard the same thing for years.

Men reach their sexual peak at 18 and women reach their sexual peak at 35. Might be true, I know a lot of 30 something women that that talk about sex more than teenage girls.

I have not read anything to back that up, might be one of those urban myths? then again it might be true, normally women hit menopause around the ages of 40-42. Might make sense for nature to "up" the sex drive to make sure they produce offspring before they cannot anymore.

Kinda odd nature gives males the ability to produce offspring at very old ages (provided their sex organs are still functional I.E. can get an erection and have an orgasm) but females have a limited amount of eggs that get wasted month after month.

Very odd, why would nature create an imbalance this way?

Considering that people are starting to live longer, be sexually active longer and be healthier longer.maybe nature will have to change?

I have seen many many very attractive older women that look absolutely fantastic, not even good for their age I mean drop dead beautiful for any age. Some of these older women look better than women 30 years younger than them.

Times are-a-changin'.

kazine I wouldn't say 1-2 million eggs is limited. :)

One per month isn't really wasting compared to how many there is there XD - 4 months ago
