I have never heard of that condition. I would advise you to discuss this phenomena with your physician at your earliest convenience. My experience is that women with a headache often find that it goes away following a good orgasm. I personally am a bit unique, as I have never in my whole life had a head ache. The only reason I can comprehend what they are is I get the brain freeze effect from ice cream. I'm told they feel the same.

Coital cephalalgia- Also known as "sexual headaches", coital cephalalgia is a rare type of severe headache that occurs at the base of the skull before orgasm during sexual activity, including masturbation.
