I agree with the other responders. It depends on the girl. I do it pretty often. Sometimes twice in one day and other times I could go for a week and not do it once. It all depends on my mood :)

depends on the girl. some do it a couple times a week, some do it once a month, some don't do it at all.

I do quite often, maybe several times a week. It is a great stress reliever when a guy is not around to do it for me. I sometimes will do it if I know that later I will be with a guy and it is a great warm up tool. I have several toys to use which are kept in a night stand next to the bed for quick and easy access. I have also been known just sitting watching TV to open my legs and just play with myself for fun.
So the answer would be YES and Quite Often pretty much like guys.
