In general guys probably don't check out girls to determine whether they are wearing panties or not, but if you want to get your guy all worked up then to not wear them and then let them know that you are not wearing panties will definitely get his blood flowing. My final year of graduate school I spent 3 months in Europe. When I arrived back home my boyfriend at the time, now my husband was picking me up at the airport. I hadn't seen him in 3 months. To my surprise he brought my mother and his 2 boys to the airport with him. Nevertheless when I hugged him I whispered into his ear, "I am not wearing any panties" and it had the exact response I was hoping for. He could not get my mother and the kids home quick enough and when we were finally alone it was incredible.

So in short I say yes it does tirn your guy on if it is not your daily routine to go without panties and you surprise him with it.
