Why would we complain if someone sent us pics? Is this a hypothetical question? If you want to wait until marriage why are you sending him pics. or putting out the vibe that you want to have sex? No, we can't tell. From what you said in your question, I would think this guy believes you want to wait till your married. I don't see any hint that you want him to put it too you. I think most of us males wish you females did not play so many games.
