How common are hand and blow jobs?

You are right it is very common. When you are younger you may just start out with a hand job. As you get a bit more comfortable with that person & are pretty sure that you are in love then advance to a blow job.
A guy will give you oral. Do you expect it? Is that gross? So giving back a little is fun & well lets just say the fair thing to do.
Your views will change with age & experience.

As they say it is only kinky the first time you do it. The fact is hand jobs, blow jobs, etc. are a standard part of the sexual routine these days and probably have for a very long time (can you say centuries). Some people don't like to do it, although I have encountered only a very few.

Yeah, guys pretty much expect this nowadays. I haven't known a guy who would be happy in a relationship without getting a blow job at least sometimes. And if they don't get it from their girlfriends, it often leads to them looking for it in other places. It's really not so bad, though. I know it can be scary before you've ever done it, but once you get the hang of it it's really fun. I love going down on my guy. A lot of times before we go out with friends I'll just go down on him real quick. I know it makes him feel great and it's a really nice way to start a night out. Plus I've noticed that he's less likely to get jealous if I'm talking to guy friends later in the night. Basically it just makes our relationship better over all. And he does so many nice things for me, it's really the least I can do.

most guys don't like hand jobs. (ie: they can do it themselves) but to me, giving a guy oral sex is very personal, more personal than sex. I only give my boyfriends blow jobs and go down on them, well, actually I can't think of a time when I had sex and he wasn't my boyfriend either! but ne ways, to answer your question, they are common, but only if you feel comfortable doing it.

I think it is very common honestly but it is all up to you and your relationship with your guy. Most guys think when they are dating someone they will receive these things.

It shouldn't be expected in a relationship. By the way, all you said is what would satisfy a guy. When did they start being the ones that are satisfied first, or the most important or w/e?

I don't hink it is neccessarily expected in relationships, but greatly appreciated. I don't find it very 'kinky', as you say, it is actually very normal to me.
