I have at times, but usually only if it's catching my eyes in some way. I have a friend who always does this, and if I'm with her I end up looking because she's always pointing it out. The last time we were out drinking I told her that her fantasy was to have a bunch of guys lined up in a row with it all hanging out for her to inspect. She said she'd never thought of it that way, but that it sounded wonderful. She's really an exception though. None of my other friends are like that and we all kind of tease her for being so cock-crazy.

Yes and no. if I don't know him, then I try not to make it obvious. like, when I was single, no lie, I checked out guys! when I got to talk to them, yes I would look down and "check out the package". that's usually only if you want to get laid. its like yeah I see it, I know wassup. but with my man now, I do look at his "package" to let him know I want it. :>_<: - 3 months ago

No I don't look at the 'package' unless it's on display. By that I meant men in speedos, tight pants etc. And come one how often does that happen. I mostly notice the face and body and of course the eyes. I like a guy with nice eyes.
