Confidence and long hair are major turn ons.

That is a hard question to answer without writing a book. Lots of things about women turn me on, in general. The way a girl with long hair kinda takes one side of the hair and brushes it behind her ear. Femininity is key. I am not, nor will I ever be into tomboys.
