No means No plan and simple. Often we let ourselves get into situations that we wish he didn't. and often things go to far, I think that even if you where unsure. Even if you let things get to far. at the end of it, you said no. what was missing from your question was how did he react to you saying no. if he stopped, then you both got yourself in over your heads and he listened to you. its not rape!. If he however continued even after you told him to stop, then both you and he KNOWS its rape. There is no excuse for the abuse of woman. You need to talk to someone. Rest assured that if most people who comment put themselves in your position before they commented, they might think differently about their answers.
I'd say it would likely be considered rape. Most places its illegal for the guy to continue if she says no at any point. But really, did you even want to do it to begin with? It really doesn't sound like it.
The legalities of the situation are not clear to me, you don't give us enough information. However I don't think I would call it rape. After you willingly accept penetration it is a bit late to talk rape. For the good of all concerned I suggest you distance yourself from this individual and put the whole incident out of your mind. It sounds like you just changed your mind, a bit late. What benefit would anyone now derive from you saying rape?
First off, anytime you tell someone to stop and they don't it's considered rape even if it's well into the middle of it. Just because you two are already having sex doesn't give him the right to continue. Now as you get older you will understand that it's not really right to give your consent and then change your mind, but all of that still doesn't apply to the fact that he didn't stop when you asked him to. I think that this is something that you should really be talking to someone that you can trust with this kind of information. Some one needs to let both you and him know that it is not ok to violate someone's personal space like that.
Frankly if a woman doesn't want to have sex, she should not be anywhere near the bedroom to begin with, you don't wait till penetration to change your mind. take some responsibility for your own actions!!! - 3 months ago
