Is 10 a high number of sexual partners?

Personally, I would think any more than 3 would be really high, but I'm big on the whole marriage first thing, so any more than one is going to seem like more than people should have unless remarried.

I think it depends on age. If the guy has had 10 and he is 16 -18 years old. Then I think your should run away. If the guy is 70 and only had 10 partners. Well ummmm. I guess you should still run away, but you get the idea. :)

Guys tend to add on when they have had less then 10 partners and they tend to take off when they have had more then 10 partners. All boils down to why your asking the question. and about trust.

The only really good advice I can give is remember safe sex is everything. NO MATTER HOW MANY LOVERS he has or hasn't had!

If you're getting the information from the guys then I would divide the answer by 2 and subtract 3, then you may have a more accurate number. Just kidding:) but guys do tend to inflate the number of sexual partners they have had. Just as girls tend to deflate their numbers; no guy wants a slut.

10 may not be a lot for some guys, but 10 is way too many girls for a guy to have slept with as far as I'm concerned. I'd never be interested in a guy who slept with anywhere near that many.

How old are they? That's a big determining factor.

I agree, 10 SOUNDS high. I think that if you work it out mathematically, though, it's not as bad as it sounds. Perhaps the man is 25 years old. 10 could equal out to just 2 sexual partners a year since he was 20 years old.
